Contract Overview

ADaPTS is a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the GSA Schedule 70 contract, SIN 132-51 Information Technology Professional Services to perform the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requirements. Tangent Technologies is part of the ECS Technologies team selected to provide all management, supervision, labor, facilities, and materials necessary to perform on the ADaPTs BPA.

The scope of this effort includes the contractor support services necessary to provide a full range of IT and program support services. All services and products that will be provided under this BPA must comply with Government security, Section 508, and architecture requirements. The scope of the services and products to support these services required includes, but is not limited to:

• Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) Support
• Manage Cloud based commodity computing services and Shared Services
• Knowledge management, communications, and graphics support
• Security Support Services
• Security Engineering Services
• Configuration Management Support
• Support for new and evolving technologies

Several known awardees include Booz Allen Hamilton, TechFlow, and Sevatec. The contract was competed using General Services Administration (GSA) IT-70.
